The origins of Aromatherapy are attributed to the Ancient Egiptians dating back to 4500B.C, and studies have revealed the vast knowledge or aromatics amongst the ancient civilisations of China, India, Arabia and Greece.
Modern Aromatherapy is a truly holistic therapy which embraces the mind, body and spirit of a person seeking help and takes account of their lifestyle, eating patterns etc., to promote health and well being.
Essential oils themselves are derived from a diverse range of plants and have been described as containing the soul and vibrant energy of each plant.
